Marine Site Manager

Scottish Sea Farms wish to recruit a proven and exceptionally skilled salmon farm manager to strengthen our marine team in Argyll. Candidates must demonstrate excellence in all aspects of fish husbandry including fish health and welfare, feeding optimisation, containment, infrastructure maintenance and skilled seamanship.

To be considered you must already be a leading site manager in the aquaculture industry with more than 5 years experience. You must set very high standards, have outstanding staff development skills and demonstrate a strong safety focus. You will be open, honest and communicate with ease at all levels. Your ability to plan ahead will be matched by close attention to detail.

Our site managers are expected to lead their profession – equipped with systems to enhance their decision-making and given the freedom to make a difference. Throughout your career we will commit to support your development through training and close mentoring.
