Assistant Farm Manager

Salary - £22,000 - £24,000 per annum plus overtime

Marine Harvest are currently looking for a key individual to assist with the management and development of their farming operations at the Company’s new Freshwater site at Loch Lochy, near Fort William.

The ideal candidate should have several years practical experience in salmon farming, preferably in Freshwater production, with a minimum of one years management experience. Leadership combined with strong inter-personal, planning and computer skills are just some of the attributes required for this post. A valid driving licence is also essential.

The post brings with it significant responsibility and the appointed Assistant Farm Manager will be required to be flexible in terms of total hours worked, in order to satisfy the demands of the role within the wider business.
