Oddsen resigns from Lighthouse Caledonia

THE Scottish based salmon farming company, Lighthouse Caledonia ASA has announced the resignation of OddGeir Oddsen as Managing Director of the company.

Mr Oddsen has also resigned as a member of the board of directors of Lighthouse Caledonia Ltd, its wholly owned operating company based in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Jim Mullins, Chairman of the board of directors of Lighthouse Caledonia, will serve as interim managing director prior to the appointment of a new managing director in the forthcoming weeks.

Mullins stated: "OddGeir Oddsen has had a significant impact on Lighthouse Caledonia's operations and we wish him well for the future."

The Company has recently announced its plans to restructure and effectively re-domicile in Jersey as The Scottish Salmon Company. These plans will provide increased flexibility for the Company's future investments, growth, stability, competitiveness and strong marketing focus. The Company also plans to recruit additional senior managers to bolster the Company's already strong management team.

Lighthouse Caledonia added that it continues its commitment to provide full transparency and accountability to its shareholders and the market consistent with sound corporate governance principles.
