To be the best in our field, we need to recruit and develop the best staff and to realise our ambition, we are looking for an exceptional Site Manager to join our mainland farming team at in the Oban area.

MARINE SITE MANAGER

The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in the automated aquaculture environment and be able to demonstrate a career history of solid biological performance and outstanding feed conversion. In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills. Also required will be the ability to further develop their staff within a culture which is driven by success and be able to maximise the performance of assets in a safety-focused environment.
