Loch Duart Ltd takes a sustainable and environmentally responsible approach to its fish farming activities which defines a long term role for aquaculture as an essential and viable part of the food supply chain for the future. We operate unique rearing and fallowing systems that produce fish of an exceptional quality and taste.

As our activities in the Hebrides are growing, we are now looking for skilled and enthusiastic people to fill the following roles at our operations based in North Uist and South Uist;
3 x Fishfarm Assistant/Husbandry Staff
1 x Shoreman (Forklift operator, general assistant)
Ideally candidates will come with several years’ experience and should be hard working, enthusiastic, with the ability to work as part of a team and be keen to learn, however, training will be made available to other, less experienced, potential candidates.
