Farm Manager: Tervine

A vacancy has arisen for an experienced manager to join our largest freshwater cage site at Tervine.
Reporting to the Portion Trout Manager, you will be fully responsible for all aspects of growing around 1,000 tonnes of portion sized trout per annum.

Key responsibilities include:
• Ensuring all KPI’s and budgets are met
• Maintenance of all systems and equipment
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards and codes of practice
• Staff welfare, working conditions, working practices and Health and Safety
• Working with senior management to develop the site to its full potential

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fish farming at supervisory level, with good communication and interpersonal skills. A relevant formal qualification would be desirable.

Farm Manager: Rothiemurchus

A vacancy has arisen for a land based rainbow trout manager to join the team at Rothiemurchas, near Aviemore.
The ideal candidate will be committed to achieving the best results and delivering the highest standard of operations, whilst assisting their colleagues in building strong key relationships and ensuring a safe working environment.
They should also be self motivated with good team building and communication skills. Computer literacy and previous management skills would be advantageous, as would possession of a current, clean driving license.
