BADINOTTI GROUP continues its growing phase in the Canadian and Chilean markets

Badinotti Group has acquired all the assets of CARD'S AQUACULTURE.

"Our group, through the acquisition of Card's Aquaculture Product (BC) Ltd and Card's Aqua SA, is targeting a complete vertical integration which includes netting production,  netting assembly, repair, washing and dipping service, " said Giancarlo Badinotti, President and CEO of the Group.

"The goal we have set ourselves is to offer to our customers a greater attention to the product, taking care of all aspects concerning the fish farming nets from beginning to end." A  net pen "continues" is like a safe box for all fish farmers and needs to be be produced with the best materials, machinery  and technology.

Card's Aquaculture Product, located in Port Hardy, will be integrated in Badinotti Net Services Canada which will become by far the largest supplier of services to the BC farmers.

Card's Aqua SA, the largest net service station in Chile, will become part of Badinotti Net Services  Chile This acquisition represents the first step of consolidation in the net service business.
